Corner Post

A. APPLICATION

     Serves as a corner support for the palletized boxes and crates to maintain piling stability and to protect boxes from possible surface depression.

B. RAW MATERIALS

     It is made of perfect blend of HDPE and other grades of plastic materials resulting to stiffer product and highly resistant cracking.

     Specifications can varied according to the requirements of the customer. Our existing corner post dimensions ranges from the following:

      leg width range  : 1.5 inches to 2 inches
      length range       : 5.5 inches to 85 inches
      thickness range  : 3.8 mm to 5 mm
      corner angle       : 85 to 95 degress

     Corner posts are being tested regularly for stiffness and cracking to maintain quality.
Results are properly documented and every detail is always being considered for continuous improvement.
